Returns Policy
We are proud of our quality, and absolutely committed to customer care and satisfaction. We will happily exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days in original condition and packaging. Refund offered will be less any shipping costs incurred, except in the rare occurrence of faulty product, in which case shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.
Delivery
New Zealand
We have a flat rate shipping charge of just $6.00 per order for deliveries within New Zealand. Orders are dispatched within three working days (usually sooner), and you can expect delivery by courier one to two days from time of dispatch. Please note, Rural Delivery addresses may take an additional day to reach you, and we may choose NZ Post as an alternative delivery method on occasion.
International
We have a set shipping charge of just NZD7.00 per item outside of New Zealand.
All orders are dispatched within three working days (usually sooner).
Shipping is by New Zealand Post International Services, and includes insurance up to NZD250.00. Target delivery times for this service are quoted as:

Notes for International Customers
All prices quoted on this website are in NZ Dollars. The exchange rate used will be current at the time of your transaction and is determined by your credit card provider.
All prices quoted on this website include New Zealand's Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5%. International sales are not subject to this tax, and this amount will be deducted at checkout (once delivery details are confirmed) when shopping online. Should your order be via fax or post, we will automatically calculate this deduction for you.
Littlepjs.com is not liable for any local import taxes that may apply upon delivery of your order.
Stock Unavailability
We operate a sophisticated inventory system, however if on a rare occasion any item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you for advice regarding how to proceed.
Product Representation
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the item images are as true to colour as possible, we cannot guarantee exact colour matches in every instance due to variations in web browser colours.
